MATT FINALLY DOES IT !
Matt Elliott from the Cinque Ports Club won The Weekly Poker Club Final at The Empire Club, beating Lee Browning (A founder member of our club in the heads up), Colm Fitzpatrick of The Empire Club finishing third.
Matt who gave Venue Manager Dave Nelson a great run for his money in the actual Cinque Ports League, beat a great turn out for the final.
A great spread was also enjoyed by all the members kindly laid on by Girls of the club and our Charity for the Tournament, Tuberous Sclerosis, amassed a total of £204.00 on the day.
Congratulations to Matt and everyone from Herts, Essex, Kent and of course Sussex who made it a relaxing, enjoyable Final....The Guv busted out on the Bubble ! (Ray Harwood who busted The Guv out will automatically now play for £250.00 in January against the Top 15 in the UK league for Sept - Nov League.
